The Titan III is Nova’s largest, most powerful 4-jaw chuck, suitable for large lathes with a 16” to 24” swing. The Titan III features 3-hole jaw slides for superior holding power and a huge gain in capability and capacity. It is precision-machined from K1045 machine-grade steel for strength, long life, and minimal runout and has a fully sealed backing plate to protect internal components from dust. Hardened gears promise long life, a strong grip, and minimal wear. Includes one set of 5” Powergrip III Jaws. Two optional jaw sets are available for even larger work: 5-3/4” and 6-1/2” (#51400 and #56288, sold separately).
